- Are my details secure? Yes
We only hold your payment details online for the time it takes to complete your order. Checkout is conducted through a secure server - you can verify this by looking for the https:// prefix in the address bar at the top and the padlock symbol on the lower right of the window. We use the tried and trusted Romancart system with Protx financial handling to process orders quickly and efficiently.
- Am I going to be bothered by unwanted emails? No
We do not pass on your email address to any third party; we may occasionally send valued customers discounted Woodforde’s offers by email. Our mailings to Woodforde’s Club members are mainly made by post.
- How soon can I expect to receive my order?
Because our beer is ‘alive,’ we arrange for it to be delivered the NEXT DAY after leaving the brewery; this avoids the beer being in transit for longer than 28 hours. Deliveries are therefore made only on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays (excluding Bank Holidays). Please allow up to 3 days for other items.
- What happens if I’m not in when you deliver?
Please fill in the ‘Delivery instructions’ box during checkout to tell us about contingency arrangements e.g. to leave in a garage or with a neighbour. We will endeavour to comply with all reasonable requests although we would ask you to note that such arrangements are at the customer’s own risk.
- I notice you offer discounts to Woodforde’s Club members. How can I join?
Since its formation in 2002, around 16,000 people have joined the Woodforde’s Club and receive a number of benefits including useful discounts off a range of items and up-to-date news on our products. Simply email us your details and we will be pleased to send you off a membership pack.
