Exciting times at The Swan which relaunched on the 19th April 2010 in the capable hands of acclaimed chef Daniel Smith and business partner Gregory Adjemian.
Daniel has a formidable list of achievements, working at La Gavroche, Morston Hall and, more recently, the Wildebeest. Together with Gregory he has taken on The Swan and put together a delicious, affordable menu which will make it the fashionable place to eat close to the east coast. Just as importantly, Daniel will be cooking on every service to ensure the highest standards.
